Since this afternoon, I have developed cough and mild cold, and by evening, a sore throat with the urge to clear my throat. I do not have fever, body pain, or weakness. I visited my general physician, who said it is likely viral. However, I recently came into close contact with someone who had a cold, although they are fine now. Do I need to get tested? Please advise. I am fully vaccinated and have previously recovered from COVID19.

Since symptoms are mild, you may not need immediate testing unless symptoms worsen or you develop fever, breathlessness, or persistent symptoms beyond 5 to 7 days. View allAll members of my in laws household, except my husband, are COVID positive and symptomatic. The first infection symptoms in a member and my husband exposure to the virus started on 14th. Today is 19th, and my husband has not developed any symptoms. He is the only asymptomatic person with a negative RT PCR test done on 16th, even though he is in close contact with all members 24x7 in the same house. This has got me worried as I am at a different place. What can be the reason? What should be done? PS: My husband had COVID last September during the first wave, but his antibody test report came negative in December.

My family tested positive for COVID 19. My father and mother RTPCR reports show high viral load, my report shows low viral load, and the other family members reports indicate mild COVID. Could you please suggest treatment or prescription for us? We need guidance on what to do next.

I was tested for COVID 19 on the 3rd and 7th day after coming in contact with a COVID positive person. Both tests were negative, although I had a bad sore throat at the time. On the 10th day, I experienced reduced sense of smell and a fever of 99.4 degrees F in the afternoon. I started following a COVID protocol, and today is my 13th day. I no longer have a sore throat, but sometimes I still get a fever of 99.4 degrees F. When should I test again, and how long will it take for me to fully recover?
