Alright, so yesterday around 1:30 PM, I got the Covid-19 vaccine. Then, a few hours later, I fell off my bike and got some scrapes and bumps on my leg and hand. I went to the closest clinic to get my wounds looked at, and the doctor there told me I should get a tetanus shot within 24 hours. Im wondering, is it really necessary to get it in that exact time frame, or is there some flexibility? Can I get the tetanus shot within 48 hours instead? What should I do?

- Libido-enhancing medications: Medications like flibanserin (Addyi) or ospemifene (Osphena) may be prescribed for low libido.
- Topical creams or gels: Products containing sildenafil (Viagra) or alprostadil may help increase blood flow and arousal.
- Counseling and therapy: Addressing relationship issues, stress, or emotional concerns through counseling or therapy can help improve sexual desire and arousal.
Natural Remedies
- Aromatherapy: Certain scents like lavender or jasmine may help increase relaxation and arousal.
- Herbal supplements: Herbs like maca, ginseng, or tribulus terrestris may help improve libido.

Tetanus Shot Timing
- It is generally recommended to get a tetanus shot as soon as possible after an injury, ideally within 24 hours. However, receiving it within 48 hours is still effective.
-
Factors to Consider
a. Vaccination History: If your last tetanus booster was more than 5 years ago, getting a shot promptly is advisable.
b. Wound Cleanliness: Clean wounds may allow for some flexibility, but contaminated wounds increase urgency. -
Recommendation
- While sooner is better, a tetanus shot within 48 hours is generally acceptable. Consult a healthcare provider for personalized advice.

I just ended up taking two dolo 650 tablets by accident, like 15 minutes apart. I tried to vomit right after the second one, but I'm not sure if the tablet came out. Is this something to worry about, or is there anything specific I should do now?
No you dont have to worry as you vomit after 15 min as paracetamol, it takes half an hour to one hour for absorption. As paracetamol is safest drug Higher doses lead to increasing risk of toxicity .This much amount will not cause any toxicity
