Question
Any one can explain in detail about prostate grade I or II? Protein in urine for me is 414 mg for 24 hrs test? What does it mean? Please help me.

Prostate Grade I/II means a mild to moderate enlargement, which is common in men over 40. It can sometimes cause urinary flow issues. Your 24 hour urine protein (414 mg) is slightly high and may indicate early kidney stress, especially if you have diabetes, BP, or urinary problems. Its best to do kidney function tests, PSA, and a repeat ultrasound. A urologist can help you manage the prostate and avoid kidney strain.
