Are there any safe and effective non-surgical treatments to increase breast size in allopathy, homeopathy, or Ayurveda? I've heard mixed opinions and want to know if any of these options actually work without side effects

While you can't increase breast size without surgery to a significant extent, some techniques can improve the appearance and firmness of your breasts. Exercises that target chest muscles can enhance their tone, making your breasts look lifted and fuller, Additionally, healthy lifestyle choices, including a nutrient-rich diet and good posture, can positively impact breast health and overall appearance.

View allI've been trying to figure out what's going on. I had a miscarriage back in December 2014, and my doctor mentioned it was due to a viral infection with terms like cytomegalovirus and Rubella igG coming up, and something about HSV 12 igG too. After a TORCH profile test, my gyno told me to wait six months before trying again, but it's been eight months now, and I still can't get pregnant despite following all the doctor's instructions. I'm feeling pretty worried and wondering what steps I should take next. Any advice on what I might be missing?
Consider a follow-up appointment with your gynecologist to reassess your fertility and discuss further testing, such as ovulation tracking, semen analysis, and hormonal evaluations, to identify potential underlying causes for delayed conception; also, ask about additional blood tests to check for immunity to cytomegalovirus and other infections, and explore options like fertility supplements, lifestyle modifications, or fertility treatments like IUI or IVF.

I'm a bit worried because last month I took Meprate tablets to delay my period, and I got my period right after I stopped them. But this month, my period is five days late. I'm not sure if it's a side effect of Meprate or if there's a chance I could be pregnant. Should I be concerned and see a doctor?
most common cause for missing periods is pregnancy unless ruled out. In a normal menstrual cycle, a balance between the hormones estrogen and progesterone regulates the buildup of the lining of the uterus (endometrium), which is shed during menstruation. If a hormone imbalance occurs, there will be irregularities in menstrual cycle. Consult Gynecologis

I've been having irregular periods just this month, and my gynaecologist put me on Deviry 10mg twice a day for five days. I've taken only two doses so far and I'm noticing some light spotting. I'm a bit worried about whether this is normal and what I should do. Any advice would be really helpful.
