Attached is my report. I am very paranoid after seeing all news and I have a desk job plus PCOD. I tend to be inconsistent with workout and have anxiety due to PCOD. I stress eat at times. I do not smoke and rarely drink alcohol. I keep having thoughts that I might get a heart attack which creates anxiety because I feel I am not doing anything and this can happen as I respect fitness a lot. Now my LDL is the highest. Is it too late? I have now started walking daily and eating good food. What more can I do to not feel these thoughts? Are any further tests needed as per my reports? I sometimes feel chest tightness due to anxiety or is it in my mind? I am overweight by at least 15 kgs, my weight is 75 kgs and my height is 5.3. Do I need to take any medicines for cholesterol? Please tell me.

Your anxiety may be amplifying chest symptoms. However, LDL needs control. Continue walking, avoid trans fats, take omega 3, and possibly statin if no improvement. CBT may help PCOD related anxiety.

View allSir, my LDL is 100, HDL 35, and total cholesterol around 132 (I have lost the report). Are these values healthy, or should I be concerned about them? Please advise.

I need your advice regarding my lipid profile test report. The results have been increasing despite me taking precautions with my diet and lifestyle, and I am also taking Ayurvedic medicines for it.
