View allI'm wondering if masturbating 5 to 6 times a month could be bad for my health. Does it have any effect on my bodybuilding efforts or my sperm count? Could it possibly lead to major issues later on? I'm really curious about whether this is healthy or if I need to change anything.
no problem

I'm 24 and dealing with really tight foreskin due to phimosis is there any non-surgical way to treat this? I'm worried about my condition and curious if stretching or creams might help instead of going straight to surgery.
Another effective alternate cure for phimosis is topical corticosteroids in the form of creams, ointments, or gels. Using these steroid creams for phimosis about 6-8 weeks improves the condition of phimosis in most cases. Topical steroids work by reducing the inflammation and loosening the foreskin.

I'm dealing with some itching under the skin of my penis head, and when I wash it, I sometimes notice white smegma. Occasionally, there's even a reddish ring under the skin. I've been struggling with this for about a year and a half now. I've visited a couple of doctors and followed their prescriptions for antibiotics and creams, but it always comes back about two weeks after I finish the medication. Do you think circumcision might be a good solution to get rid of this issue once and for all? I'm really unsure about what to do next.
Yes its bettr to get circumcision done ,visit general surgeon for appropriate management
