Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing fever and headache without any cough, runny nose, or sore throat. I consulted a doctor who initially suspected dengue and advised me to take paracetamol. My 4 year old son recently had a blood test. In the report, his DLC shows lymphocytes within the normal range. However, the ALC is consistently low. I also checked his previous reports, and the pattern is the same. Should I be concerned about this.
