Based on my report, should I be concerned about my CBC results? Does it indicate any serious issue? Please advise.

If CBC shows no red flags (Hb, TLC, Platelets normal), there is likely no concern. If symptomatic (e.g. fatigue, infections), repeat CBC after 7 to 10 days or share values for clarity.

View allToday I received my complete blood report, which shows: Lymphocytes: 25% (low) WBC count: 9,600 Platelet count: 2.1 lakh For the past three days, I have had inflammation on the chest and armpit. I consulted a general physician, who suggested it might be a gastric problem. I am worried about HIV, as I had protected sex with an unknown partner one week ago. Could this be HIV? I do not have fever or other symptoms. Please advise on what steps I should take.

I am 23 years old. During a regular checkup, my blood test showed a comment of relative lymphocytosis. I had dengue about 2 months ago. Fifteen days back, I experienced continuous headache for 3 days, which then resolved. I often get numbness or cramp like sensations in both hands and sometimes feel pain in my armpits. I have not had any headaches for the past 15 days, but I am very worried about the lymphocytosis comment in my lab report. I have attached the report and would greatly appreciate your guidance.
