View allI've been dealing with a lot of excessive salivation lately and it's really hard for me to swallow. I'm worried and wondering what could be causing this and what I can do to help it. Any advice would be appreciated.
Excessive salivation (hypersalivation) and difficulty swallowing (dysphagia) can be caused by various factors, including anxiety, stress, oral infections, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), neurological disorders, or medication side effects; remedies include practicing relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing or meditation, chewing sugar-free gum to stimulate saliva swallowing, avoiding acidic or spicy foods, elevating the head of your bed, and consulting a doctor or dentist to rule out underlying conditions that may require medical attention.

I've been dealing with nasal congestion and noticed something concerning 48 hours ago. I spit out some phlegm, and there was a tiny bit of red or pink in it. What could this mean? I'm a bit worried.
The presence of a small red or pink particle in your phlegm could indicate a minor nasal bleed or inflammation; however, to rule out any underlying conditions, such as nasal polyps, sinusitis, or a foreign object, consult an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist

My throat's been making this strange cracking sound whenever I hold it and move it a bit to the side. I've also been dealing with some acidity issues that sometimes lead to heavy vomiting. It feels like there's a bone-like blockage in my throat, and when I vomit like this, it sometimes causes bleeding in my throat. Can someone please help me figure out what's going on with me?
