View allI'm planning to have vaginal sex for the first time and I'm kind of nervous about which lubricant to use so it doesn't cause any irritation or pain. I've heard some can have side effects, and I'd really like to avoid that. Any advice on choosing the right one?
_Premature Ejaculation (PE): Understanding and Addressing Quick Discharge_ Premature ejaculation (PE) is a common condition where ejaculation occurs sooner than desired, often within 1-2 minutes of penetration. Since you've been experiencing this issue for 5 years, it's essential to understand the possible causes and explore treatment options. _Possible Causes:_ 1. *Psychological factors*: Stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues can contribute to PE. 2. *Neurological factors*: Imbalances in neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine can affect ejaculation timing. 3. *Hormonal imbalances*: Hormonal changes, such as low testosterone, can impact ejaculation. 4. *Physical factors*: Prostate issues, urethritis, or skin conditions can cause PE. 5. *Lifestyle factors*: Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, or lack of physical activity can contribute to PE. _Treatment Options:_ 1. *Behavioral techniques*: Try the "stop-start" method, "squeeze" technique, or pelvic floor exercises to improve control. 2. *Topical anesthetics*: Apply creams or sprays containing lidocaine or benzocaine to reduce sensitivity. 3. *Oral medications*: Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as dapoxetine, can help delay ejaculation. 4. *Counseling*: Address underlying psychological issues through therapy or counseling. 5. *Natural remedies*: Explore herbal supplements like ashwagandha, maca, or tribulus terrestris, which may help improve ejaculation control. _Consult a Healthcare Professional:_ Discuss your symptoms with a urologist, sexologist, or a primary care physician to determine the underlying cause and develop a personalized treatment plan. Remember, premature ejaculation is a treatable condition. With patience, persistence, and the right guidance, you can improve your ejaculation control and enhance your overall sexual well-being.

I'm kind of in a bind because I can't remember the exact date of my last period. I think it might have been around October 29th, but I'm not sure. I've had sex with my boyfriend, and now I'm worried. Can you suggest a way or a tablet that could help bring on my period quickly?

Sure, so I've taken a pregnancy test twice, and both times it came back negative. I've also done an HCG test, which was negative as well. Does this mean it's completely confirmed that I'm not pregnant? I'm just a little worried and would love some clarity.
if you have still doubt confirm with usg
