View allI've been trying to get pregnant for the past year. We've already done a semen analysis and HSG, and now we're doing a follicular study. We're in the second cycle now. My doctor has me on Mvista Maturova tablets from day 2 to day 7. Just two days ago, on day 13, my follicle was 24mm, and after an HCG injection and starting Susten tablets (2 daily for 15 days), my ultrasound showed a 32 mm cyst. It's causing me some ovary pain, and I'm pretty worried. Can you explain what this cyst might mean? What steps should we take next?

I'm really worried about my 23-year-old wife. She's in her 31st week of pregnancy, and her hemoglobin level is at 9.3. Earlier, her doctor had her on Lupiheme twice daily, but now she's switched to RicherCR and recommended two Revofer injections with NS as IV. I'm concerned if the Revofer injections are safe during pregnancy. We noticed her hemoglobin didn't really go up with just the tablets. Should we go ahead with the injections, or is there hope her levels might increase with the tablets? Can you help us out with some guidance?
Given your wife's low hemoglobin level (9.3) at 31 weeks pregnant, the doctor's recommendation to administer two Revofer (iron sucrose) injections with Normal Saline (NS) as IV is a common practice to rapidly increase iron levels; Revofer is generally considered safe during pregnancy, but it's essential to monitor for potential side effects, such as allergic reactions or hypotension; since oral iron supplements (Lupiheme and RicherCR) haven't significantly increased her hemoglobin levels, IV iron may be necessary to prevent maternal and fetal complications associated with iron deficiency anemia.

I've been using gestone 200 tablets vaginally since day 17 of my cycle, and now it's been 30 days without my period. I've noticed some light bleeding though. Could this mean I'm pregnant, or does gestone typically cause a delay in periods?
Hello! Gestone 200 can sometimes delay your period, as it supports the uterine lining. Light bleeding could be spotting, which sometimes happens while on progesterone. Its best to take a pregnancy test or consult your doctor to confirm whether you are pregnant.
