I have a lipoma on the inner side of my thigh, around 4 by 5 cm in size. It doesn't hurt, and the FNAC test confirmed it's a lipoma. I've heard that thigh lipomas can sometimes turn into liposarcoma should I be worried about that? If I don't get it surgically removed, could it cause issues later? Are there any other ways to shrink it besides surgery?

My scan report shows mild probe tenderness in the right iliac fossa and a mildly dilated appendix at 5mm with a few enlarged lymph nodes in the RIF.
