Can I get an early pregnancy blood test without a prescription? I have tested four times with a home pregnancy kit, but all results were negative. Since these kits may not detect low hCG levels, when should I visit a doctor to confirm if I am pregnant? I am 21 years old, unmarried, and usually have very regular periods.

Yes, you can get a Serum Beta hCG blood test without a prescription to detect pregnancy early, even if urine tests are negative due to low hCG. Since your periods are usually regular and now delayed, you can take this test now for clarity. If the test is negative and your period does not come within a week, repeat the test or consult your doctor to rule out pregnancy and check for hormonal imbalance.

I have PCOD but usually have regular periods. My last period was on 4th, and I took a pregnancy test which came out positive. It has now been 1 month and 1 week. Should I take any special precautions because of my PCOD? I am not currently on any medication.

I had unprotected sex 40 days ago. I had my menstrual period three days before having unprotected sex and it lasted for 3 days. A week ago, I took Meprate, and I experienced severe cramps with dark blood clots, but the bleeding is not heavy. My home pregnancy test came back negative. Could I still be pregnant?
