Pregnancy Likelihood:
- Six days before your period is typically outside the fertile window, making pregnancy less likely.
- Ovulation usually occurs about 14 days before your next period.
-
Factors to Consider:
a. Cycle Regularity: Irregular cycles can shift ovulation timing.
b. Sperm Lifespan: Sperm can survive up to 5 days, affecting fertility timing. -
Recommendation:
- If cycles are irregular or shorter, consult a healthcare provider for personalized advice.

I'm a bit worried because my period was supposed to start on December 29th, 2017, and I found out I was pregnant on December 31st. Since January 6th, I've been spotting with a brown color. My doctor gave me Trenaxa 500mg to take three times a day for five days, but it hasn't seemed to help. Do you have any ideas on what I should do next?

I have fibroids one outside the uterine wall and three inside the uterus but outside the cavity. Two are quite large, so my doctor suggested laparoscopy surgery. Can you explain how this procedure works? Is it similar to a C-section where the uterus is stitched, and could it affect my fertility in the future?
