Can I use Dermadew soap on my face? I've been struggling with acne there. When I had back acne, this soap really worked miracles and cleared it up. Now that the acne's on my face, I'm wondering if it would be safe and effective to use it there too. On top of that, Im dealing with atopic dermatitis on my face as well. Could using the soap worsen this skin issue?

View allCan you tell me if it's okay to take tretino iso 10 mg every other day to help with my sensitive skin? I'm really hoping it will make my skin smoother and reduce pores. Does this sound like the right treatment for me?
Tretino iso 10 mg contains isotretinoin, which is commonly used to treat severe acne. It can help in reducing acne lesions and improving skin texture. However, it may cause skin dryness and sensitivity, especially in individuals with sensitive skin. Taking it on alternate days as prescribed by your doctor can help minimize side effects while still providing benefits for your skin. It may take some time to see noticeable improvements, but it can help in achieving smoother and poreless skin over time. Remember to follow your doctor's instructions carefully and avoid excessive sun exposure while using isotretinoin.

I've been a bit concerned since I woke up with some lesions near my lip after going on a trip last weekend where I played in the mud and a dirty river. They don't hurt or itch, and I don't have a fever or anything. Someone mentioned it could be Herpes Labialis, and I've been using Herpex cream which seems to have helped as the lesions are almost gone after 7 days. I'm just wondering if this really sounds like it was Herpes or if there's a chance it could be something else?
Yes that could be Herpes infection, and you have used the right cream, visit Dermatologist for further management
