I've noticed this small bump under the skin near my anus recently. It's about the size of a pea and doesn't really seem discolored. I started feeling it a couple of days ago because it gets uncomfortable when I tighten around there. It doesn't hurt, just kind of feels off. I even took a picture just in case, but I'm not sure what it is. Also, no bloody stool or anything like that. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

I've been dealing with a recurring fistula or abscess for the past two years it goes away for a few months but keeps coming back. I really don't want surgery, and while a recent round of antibiotics during dental treatment cleared it up temporarily, the issue returned. What could be causing this cycle, and are there other treatment options besides surgery?

fistulectomy is advised,sx opinion.

I have a small sentinel pile and my doctor prescribed antibiotics, Anovate, and sitz baths. Will this treatment be enough to get rid of it or is surgery absolutely necessary? I'm worried about whether it'll fully heal without an operation.

Sentinel Piles can be conveniently removed without surgery by Graded Ksharsutra Treatment. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual during treatment
