View allI've had an anal fissure at the 6 o'clock position for the last two months and been using laxatives and ointments. There's also some external bulging at 11 o'clock, but my doctor said it's normal due to the fissure and constipation. Will this heal with just medicine or will I eventually need surgery? I'm currently doing ayurvedic treatment too.

I've been dealing with thrombosed piles for about 15 days and also have 1st grade piles. Doctors recommended surgery but I'm wondering if there are any medications that could help instead
While surgery might be recommended for thrombosed hemorrhoids and first-degree piles, several non-surgical options, including medications, can help manage symptoms and potentially resolve the issue without surgery. Thrombosed hemorrhoids often resolve on their own within a few weeks.

My sister is 5 months pregnant and has piles fistula can she get laser surgery for it now? Will the laser treatment affect her pregnancy in any way?
some doctors recommend postponing laser surgery for piles and fistula until after delivery, others find it safe during pregnancy, especially in the second trimester. Laser surgery is generally considered safer than traditional surgery during pregnancy due to its lower risk of bleeding, infection, and other complications. However, it's crucial to consult with a specialist to determine the best course of action, considering the severity of the condition and the individual's medical history
