My son has been diagnosed with adenoids in the grade 3 to 4 range, and the doctor has suggested surgery to remove them. I'm really concerned and wonder if this surgery is absolutely necessary? Could there be any natural remedies or alternatives we might consider?
It's better to get them removed if not recurrence would be the problem.

I've been clearing my throat for about half an hour pretty rigorously, and now I've noticed a small spot of blood in my spit. There aren't any other issues, but it's got me a bit concerned. Could this be a problem?
Yes that habbit would cause capillary bleed, avoid practicing that habbit,consume warm foods.
