View allI've been seeing streaks of blood when I clear my throat in the mornings after waking up, and I've also felt like I'm going to vomit. There's this mild pain in my throat, but it doesn't bother me when I'm swallowing solids or liquids. I had a CT scan done for the PNS area and they didn't find anything unusual. Do I need to be worried about this? What should I do next?

I've been having this really weird feeling for the past few days where I feel like I'm being choked while I'm asleep. It's like a tightness in my throat that makes me feel like I can't breathe. It doesn't happen every single night but it does occur 2 to 3 times a week. I usually wake up when it happens and I've noticed it often when I'm sleeping on my stomach. What could be causing this?
