Why don't I gain weight in hypothyroidism?

My height is 63 inches and my weight is 102.4 kg. How can I reduce my weight to 80 kg? I feel uneasy due to this but my blood report is normal. I also have a thyroid problem.

Hi, As per my report, I have Vitamin D and B12 deficiency, with levels of 6.5 and 136, respectively. As advised by my doctor, I started taking injections for both vitamins. I have observed a 3 kg weight loss in 2 weeks. Could this weight loss be due to the injections?
