Can using castor oil help with a fissure in ano? I've been experiencing some discomfort and heard that castor oil might be beneficial. I've had a fissure near my anal area for a while now and there's some mucus-like discharge coming out. What could be the actual issue here? If it's a fissure, can you suggest both regular medicines and ayurvedic treatments? Also, is it possible to heal this completely without needing surgery?
