Can you explain what my ECG report indicates about my heart? The report says "unconfirmed diagnosis," and I'm not sure how concerned I should be. Is this something serious?

I'm worried because I've been having chest pain for the past couple of days. It's not constant but comes and goes, and there's this burning sensation with it. Plus, my whole body just hurts. What could this mean?
Overall the possibility of a heart problem seems to be less but without doing any objective test, a heart problem can not be conclusively ruled out especially because now a days heart diseases have become common in young people. So please meet a cardiologist as early as possible and get yourself properly

I'm really concerned because my Echo report says IAS and IVS are intact, and I'm not entirely sure what that means in relation to my health. My blood pressure's been high at 150100, and I'm just trying to figure out if that's connected somehow. Could you help me understand what's going on?
echo shows IAS abd IVS intact means both IAS and IVS are not damaged...Antihypertensives are indicated for the control of hypertension..ACE inhibitors are advised
