Can you help me figure out my PFT report? I've been told I have allergic bronchitis. My x-ray and sputum culture look normal, and I used to smoke but quit. Right now, I'm mainly dealing with throat irritation, coughing, and nasal congestion, but no fever or trouble breathing. What can I do to keep these symptoms from coming back? I'm using kastilex ab tablets and furamist spray. Any advice would be great!

View allNamaste, I'm 28 and have had chronic asthma since birth. I usually rely on the Foracort 200mg inhaler, taking one puff every couple of days, and it mostly keeps things in check. Sometimes, I used to take Levolin 10mg if I felt the need. Now, with the COVID-19 vaccinations available like Covishield, Covaxin, or Sputnik, Im wondering if its safe for me to take any of them given my condition and the medication Im on. Is continuing with my inhaler after vaccination okay? Also, should I be worried about possible allergic reactions like wheezing or chest congestion similar to an asthma attack post-vaccination? Would really appreciate some guidance on this.
Patient is advised covishield vaccination intramuscular, 3 doses as complete immunization to the patient. Side-efects like rash, fever, nausea, headache and allergic reactions are fewer side-effects.

I'm a 25-year-old NEET PG student, just found out I have MDR TB about three months ago. Some symptoms were mild, but they've got me on this long-term treatment instead of a shorter regimen, they said it's better. So far, I haven't had any problems, it's just routine meds and all. My diet's regular and alright. But now, there's some slight discoloration from the Clofazamine that's starting to show, and it's kind of annoying. Is there a way to tone it down? Also, can this 18-month treatment fully cure MDR TB? My CXR is showing normal, with just a small organized effusion that's under 10cc on the lateral wallhoping it vanishes. What are the chances of a relapse, and any tips to prevent that from happening? This is really on my mind and it's messing with my studies.
donot worry the medicines which you are taking will cure the disease. If you try boosting you immunity by eating nutritious diet it will prevent relapse. drink lot amount of water

I've been on montair fx for about 6 years to help with my asthma and rhinitis symptoms. Should I still be taking it or think about cutting back or stopping? Would really appreciate some advice on this.
Those are the common side effects of Ipill, due to excess hormonal content. Take rest. Drink plenty of oral fluids and focus on a good balanced diet.
