View allI woke up yesterday with a weird thing happening. When I tried to clear my throat, like ahkkk, and spat it out, I noticed some blood stains. Then I checked in the mirror and saw two dark red blobs of blood stuck at the back of my throat. I was freaking out. It didn't bleed after that until the evening when I saw another blob stuck there, but it didn't come out. I'm super anxious about this. Am I okay, or is something serious going on? I noticed my nose is often dry, and when I clean it, there's some blood. Plus, I've got burping and acidity issues and have been having trouble speaking loudly or even wanting to talk much. I've had a sore throat for the past ten days too. What's happening with me?

I'm kind of worried because I had a cold and in a rush, I accidentally put Iodex in my nose. I quickly realized it was a mistake and washed it out with soap and water, but then my nose started bleeding a bit. Is this a serious issue, or should I be okay since the bleeding stopped quickly?
No need to nothing serious complication would happen, but do not repeat it as you say you had one episode of bleeding, visit ENT doctor for evaluation

My husband's 28 and he's been dealing with a sore throat and pain for a few days now, but he's not running a fever. Yesterday morning there was blood in his sputum, and it happened again today. Could you please give us some advice on what this might be about? We're a bit concerned.
Severe pharyngitis (inflammation of the pharynx) causes severe irritation in the throat, which results in violent bouts of cough. This cough can sometimes cause rupture of some small blood vessels, which results in small amounts of blood being expectorated with sputum. It is no cause for concern, but if the bleeding persists and increases in quantity, a physician consult is necessary.
