Can you review my MRI results and let me know if my disc issue can heal without surgery or if physiotherapy would work better for it
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
MRI review needed to guide decision, but physiotherapy is often first-line for disc issues before considering surgery.

View allCan I take Limcee 500 and Ascazin tablets since I have epilepsy? I'm just wondering if it's going to affect my epilepsy in any way. I'm already on Encorate Chrono 300 and 500, Frisium 5, and folic acid tablets for my condition. Would love some advice on this.

I've been diagnosed with disc bulging and dessication at L4L5 and L5S1 with central protrusion and annular tear causing canal and foraminal narrowing. The report says it's impinging on nerve roots, especially at L4L5, with canal dimensions around 9.9 mm and 10.8 mm. Surgery isn't an option for us right now, but I'm worried about managing the pain and symptoms, especially since we'll be traveling soon. What can we do to ease discomfort or prevent further issues while we're away? Any specific precautions we should take during the trip?
To manage pain and discomfort from disc bulging, dessication, and annular tear at L4-L5 and L5-S1 while traveling, focus on conservative measures, including pain relief, physical therapy exercises, and support while traveling
