Could you help me out with something? I've discovered my eosinophil levels are really high at 38.406, and I'm not really sure what that means for my diet. Are there any specific foods I should definitely stay away from? Is it better for me to skip nonveg foods right now? Looking forward to your advice!

Understanding High Eosinophil Levels
- Eosinophils are a type of white blood cell involved in allergic reactions and fighting certain infections. A high level, such as 38.406, may indicate allergies, infections, or other conditions like asthma or autoimmune diseases.
-
Dietary Considerations for High Eosinophils
- Generally, avoid foods that trigger allergies or sensitivities. Non-vegetarian foods are not inherently problematic unless they cause allergic reactions. Focus on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
-
Recommended Next Steps
- Consult a healthcare provider for a thorough evaluation. They may recommend tests or refer you to a specialist, such as an allergist, for further investigation and management.
-
Lifestyle and Monitoring
- Monitor symptoms and maintain a balanced diet. Seek medical attention if symptoms worsen or new symptoms develop. Regular follow-ups with your healthcare provider are advisable.

View allI'm dealing with really thin and scanty hair, so I went to see a trichologist. They prescribed me Mintop Eva 5 lotion and told me to apply 1ml daily. I'm curious, after putting on the Mintop, is it okay if I put oil on my hair after, say, 3 hours?
Yes you can apply no problem

I'm having issues with my tongue the skin is peeling, it's really painful, and I can't eat anything. Could you recommend any medicine for this? Do you think those Vitamin C chewable tablets would be helpful?
Could be due to a condition called oral mucositis. Vitamin C chewable tablets may not directly help with this issue. I recommend using a topical oral gel containing a local anesthetic like lidocaine to help with the pain and a mouthwash containing a mild antiseptic like chlorhexidine gluconate to prevent infection. Additionally, you can take over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen for pain relief. If the symptoms persist, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

I've been worried ever since I used Betnovat for a month or two last year and then stopped when I found out it could be harmful. A couple of weeks after I quit, I noticed these bumps showing up and now my skin is really sensitive and dry. Do you think these are side effects from Betnovat, and if they are, will my skin eventually recover? How long might it take for everything to get back to normal? I've started using Cetaphil cleanser and Physiogel cream, but I'm not totally sure if any of this is related to Betnovat. Could you advise on this?
