PCOS increases the chance of miscarriage, especially in early pregnancy. First pregnancies with clomid can fail due to egg quality or hormonal imbalance. Consider checking thyroid, sugars, and planning ovulation monitoring next cycle. Miscarriage is often not due to your actions.
