Dear Doctor, I received my report yesterday and would like your guidance. I recently experienced a miscarriage. I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive for the past 3 years. This was my first pregnancy with Clomid. I am planning to try again and would appreciate your advice on possible causes and next steps.

PCOS increases the chance of miscarriage, especially in early pregnancy. First pregnancies with clomid can fail due to egg quality or hormonal imbalance. Consider checking thyroid, sugars, and planning ovulation monitoring next cycle. Miscarriage is often not due to your actions.
