Dear doctor, my father is 51 years old. His recent CBC blood report shows a high eosinophil count. He also experiences itching on some days. The report is attached. Is this normal, and has the eosinophil count returned to normal? Kindly provide your valuable suggestion.

High eosinophils and itching may suggest allergies or parasitic infection. If symptoms persist or eosinophils remain elevated, consult a physician for stool test or allergy profile.

Kindly advise on the diet I should follow to help normalize my results. Also, is it okay for me to drink sugarcane juice?

My 3.6 year old daughter developed a fever with cough and cold. We consulted a child specialist who prescribed medications including Lanzopraz, Bestozym, Atoz, Tixylix, Calpol, Refzol, and Pacimol, which initially helped reduce the fever. However, she developed a high fever of 103. The doctor then prescribed Moxclav antibiotic and Pacimol. Although the fever decreases after medication, it returns every 4 to 5 hours. We are concerned and unsure about the situation. I have attached all prescriptions and her blood report. Kindly advise on what should be done next?
