This sensation can occur even with normal tests. Common causes include mild prostate issues, bladder sensitivity, or anxiety. Pelvic floor therapy, hydration, and timed voiding may help. If symptoms persist, re-evaluation by a urologist is advised.

View allI have been experiencing frequent urination for the past six months. After urinating, I feel the urge to go again within a minute. The urge is stronger when sitting or lying down, and it is difficult to start urinating. Sometimes the flow stops midway. I also feel my bladder is not completely empty. I consulted a urologist who performed a cystoscopy and found anterior urethritis. He prescribed Azithromycin, Doxycycline, Cranberry extract softgel, Nitrofurantoin, Flavoxate, and Alfuzosin hydrochloride, but my symptoms did not improve. After a month, I went for a follow up, and urine R/E was normal. He then prescribed Gabapentin 300 mg for 15 days. USG and all other lab reports are normal. Despite this, I still have to urinate every 15 to 20 minutes. Reports: Urea: 22 mg/dL Creatinine: 0.7 mg/dL Fasting Blood Sugar: 96 mg/dL What should I do next? Please help.

It is taking almost 5 minutes to completely pass urine. If I forcibly stop urinating, I still have the sensation, which is very uncomfortable. I am attaching my USG KUB test report. Kindly do the needful?
