Dear Sir, I have hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration and no focal lesion. My liver function tests are normal.

Having hepatomegaly with fatty infiltration means your liver is slightly enlarged and has fat buildup commonly seen in people with poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, or alcohol use. The good news is that your liver function tests are normal, which suggests theres no current liver damage. To reverse this condition, focus on eating light, exercising regularly, avoiding alcohol, and managing sugar/cholesterol levels. Its important to repeat liver ultrasound and blood tests once every year.

Take a LIVER FUNCTION TEST (LFT) Test or Take a LIPID PROFILE Test

View allI wanted to ask about ALP in a liver function test. My ALP level came out to be 141. Does this indicate any problem with my liver? Thank you.

I recently did my liver test, and my report shows AST/SGOT as 62 and ALT/SGPT as 122. Is this serious? Kindly advise.

Fifteen days ago I had lower stomach and abdominal pain. I was diagnosed with fatty liver and a urinary bacterial infection, which I got treated for. After 9 days, the medication was stopped. Yesterday, I felt pain again, though not as severe, and I took the prescribed medicine. My ESR value has been high since last year. I also feel fever between 99 degrees and 100 degrees F in the evening with body pain, especially in the lower body like legs, ankles, and lower back. I have attached my report. Please tell me what to do?
