Dear sir, kindly find enclosed my report. AST 54, ALT 61. I do take alcohol. What should I do? Regards, Ajay.

Levels mildly raised, likely due to alcohol. Strictly stop alcohol and other ill habits, improve diet, sleep adequately, repeat tests after 4 weeks.

I had a problem in my liver two months back due to which my nerves were affected too. Now from the last three weeks these issues have suddenly appeared. The doctor told me that I have thick blood and the rest is my psychological state but only I know what is happening with me. Please share with me the exact reason for this? Only two attachments are allowed. My SGOT and SGPT are below 30 IU per L.
