Dear Sir or Madam, Recently I am suffering from low urine production, fast heartbeat, chest pain while deep breathing, abdominal pain and headache. My blood report shows high sodium level at 148 mmol per L. What should I do?

High sodium can lead to dehydration, fatigue, and low urine. Your symptoms may need fluid correction and further evaluation. Please do the required renal panel, ECG, and serum electrolytes.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a KFT with Electrolytes (Kidney Funtion) Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test
