Dear Sir/mam, My recent test shows that my fasting glucose level has exceeded the normal range for the first time. I do not have a family history of diabetes. Could you please advise if this requires immediate concern? Additionally, I would appreciate your guidance on dietary and lifestyle modifications to help prevent any further increase. I have attached my report for your reference. Thank you.

A single high fasting glucose could be an early warning. Avoid sugar, white carbs, and fried food. Include daily 30 mins walk and lots of vegetables. Repeat the test in 1 to 2 weeks and monitor trends. You may also do HbA1c for confirmation.
