My ultrasound report shows a few ill-defined hypoechoic nodular intramural SOLs in my uterus, with the largest one measuring 33.5mm x 26.0mm. There's also a small clear cyst in the cervix and my uterine length is 9.66cm. Should I be worried about this? What treatment options do I have can it be managed with medicine or will I need surgery?
The mere presence of fibroids does not mean that they need to be removed. The decision for the same will be based on the symptoms you have in terms of flow and pain during periods as well as the position of the fibroids. The clear cyst in the cervix is a Nabothian cyst-does not need any treatment.

Can you feel cervical dysplasia?
Usually, there are no symptoms of cervical dysplasia. Genital warts are a sign that someone has been exposed to certain types of HPV
