Experiencing sensory loss in my index and middle finger with a current-like sensation on the radial side. MRI shows cervical compression at C3-C4-C5. As an athlete, will I need surgery or can rest help? Will I be able to get back to my exercises again?

Given the sensory loss in your index and middle finger with a current-like sensation on the radial side, coupled with cervical compression at C3-C4-C5 as shown by the MRI, it's highly likely you're experiencing cervical radiculopathy and possibly radial nerve entrapment. Rest and conservative treatment may be beneficial, but surgery may be necessary if symptoms don't improve or worsen. Whether you can return to your exercises depends on the severity and response to treatment

My father needs DBS surgery and I'm looking for the best hospitals and doctors who can do it at an affordable cost. Can you suggest some good options? Also, do you know how much the surgery costs at AIIMS Delhi?
All major Hospitals doing regular DBS surgeries are good. Cost will be more or less same in all hospitals as the major cost involved will be the device and battery cost. You will have to contact the doctor in the specific hospital to know the exact cost. On an average of would cost around 8 lakhs to 20 lakhs depending on the hospital.

I've been dealing with really bad pain in my left arm, shoulder, and wrist, and my doctor mentioned it might be related to mild C5-C6 PID on the left side. I'm starting to think about surgery but I'm not sure what the cost would be or if it's even the right option for me. Can you help me understand what to expect?
Disecectomy is advised to the patient.
