Eye pain and head shaking have been bothering me lately, and I'm seeing floaters in my vision. I got my eyes checked 3 months ago my prescription is right eye 5.0 with 1.50 cylinder at 90 axis, left eye 5.25 with 1.25 cylinder at 90 axis. The doctor said my number is right, but I'm still having issues. Would laser eye surgery help in my case, and if so, how much would it cost?

View allMy spherical power is 4.00 in both eyes and has been stable for a year, but now I have a new cylindrical power of 0.50. Should I hold off on LASIK surgery because of this change?
A new cylindrical power of 0.50 after a year of stable spherical power may not necessarily require you to hold off on LASIK surgery. Many surgeons consider a 0.50 diopter change stable enough for LASIK.
