Feels like there's something stuck in my throat, and it's super annoying and irritating. There's no pain, but I'm really uncomfortable. How can I get rid of this feeling?

It sounds like you may be experiencing globus pharyngeus, which is the sensation of a lump or something stuck in the throat without any actual blockage. To help alleviate this discomfort, you can try gargling with warm salt water, drinking plenty of fluids, and sucking on throat lozenges. Additionally, you can try over-the-counter antacids like Tums or Rolaids to reduce any acid reflux that may be contributing to the sensation. If the feeling persists, you may consider using an over-the-counter mucolytic agent like Guaifenesin (e.g. Mucinex) to help thin out any mucus that could be causing the sensation.

  1. Hydration: Drink plenty of water to help clear any potential irritants or mucus.

  2. Gargle: Use warm salt water to gargle, which can soothe the throat and dislodge any minor obstructions.

  3. Steam Inhalation: Inhale steam from hot water to moisten the throat and ease discomfort.

  4. Avoid Irritants: Stay away from smoke, strong odors, and allergens that might worsen the sensation.

  5. Consult a Doctor: If the feeling persists or worsens, seek medical advice to rule out underlying conditions.

I've been dealing with blocked ears and sharp shooting pain for about a month now. There have been times I hear sounds in my ear too. Steaming has helped open up my left ear, but my right ear still feels blocked and painful sometimes. I tried using soliwax, but it just made my ears ring. My hearing seems fine, though. Any suggestions on what I should do next? I'm really looking for some guidance.

I've been taking Ebast-M for about four years, and whenever I miss taking it for like three days, I start feeling this pain on one side of my throat and get random sneezing fits. Can you help me figure out what's going on and maybe suggest how I can manage or reduce these symptoms? It's been a bit of a hassle, so any advice would be appreciated.

It seems like you are experiencing symptoms of allergies due to missing your ebastine and montelukast tablets. To reduce your throat pain and sneezing, you can start by taking Ebast-M tablet again. The usual dosage is one tablet once daily. Additionally, you can take a pain reliever like Paracetamol for throat pain. It is important to continue taking your prescribed medication regularly to manage your allergy symptoms effectively.
