Found out I have a 7.1 mm stone in my right VJU calculus. Can it pass on its own or will I need surgery for this? I've been told there's a 7.1 mm stone in my right VJU calculus. Yes possible, but you can only wait if you don’t have intense pain, vomiting, fever and decreased kidney function. You can try Cap. Tamfil S once a day for 7 days. Filter urine for stone. If is doesn’t come out, then you need a ureteroscopy
