Found a small cyst on my scrotum today. Google says surgery is the only option but I really don't want to go through that. It doesn't hurt at all could there be any complications for my sex life or fertility? Are there any medications or other ways to treat it without surgery?

Surgery is advised to the patient since the stone size is larger .Since stone size is 11mm if untreated may lead to complications like abdominal pain, backpain and infection etc.

I'm really worried about my penis size, it's only 2cm when soft and 5cm when erect. I'm concerned this might affect my ability to satisfy my partner. Is there any way to increase my size?

There are no medications or treatments that have been proven to significantly increase penis size. It's important to remember that penis size does not determine one's ability to satisfy a partner. Communication, emotional connection, and sexual techniques are often more important factors in sexual satisfaction. If you have concerns about your penis size or sexual performance, consider talking to a therapist or counselor who specializes in sexual health.
