Good evening, I am planning for pregnancy so I did a whole abdomen scan. I need to know about my report condition. Is it normal or abnormal?

If you are planning pregnancy, we can help assess uterus and ovary health. Please ensure scan mentions follicle growth, endometrial lining, and any abnormality. Do the required hormonal profile as next step.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a FSH,LH & Prolactin, Serum Test or Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test

View allHello, I am attaching my medical report and would appreciate it if you could help me understand the main issue so I can begin appropriate treatment. The doctor mentioned that I have a gallbladder stone, a kidney stone, and an endometriotic cyst, and said these conditions may make it difficult for me to conceive. I have been prescribed the following medications for pain management, Calpol 500 mg (2 tablets, three times a day), Naprosyn 500 mg (twice a day), Tramazac 50 mg (three times a day), and Pantop 40 mg (to be taken on an empty stomach). I am quite worried and would like to know if any of these conditions are serious and what should be my next steps.

Respected Doctors, please interpret the report for me. Do I have any serious problem? My report says both the ovaries appear normal in size but show multiple small follicles with no dominant follicle in either ovary. No adnexal mass is seen. No free fluid is seen in the abdomen or pelvis. No mass, lump, or collection is seen. No abnormally dilated bowel loops are seen. Aorta and IVC are normal in caliber. Both psoas muscles are normal. Impression: possible PCOD. Suggestion: hormonal correlation.

I am a banker and my married life started in October 2021. Due to difficulty conceiving, I recently did a sperm analysis. The results are: Active motile 25 percent, Sluggish 10 percent, Dead motile 65 percent, Morphology normal. Can anyone suggest medication, or do I need to change my lifestyle? I think the low sperm motility may be due to exposure to a blower heater.
