Got COVID symptoms on May 9th and tested positive. Did another test 15 days later on May 24th, still positive. All symptoms are gone and I've finished taking all the medicine. What should I do next?

I'm in the process of applying for a visa and found out I need a medical certificate. They mentioned I have to be certified by a doctor to show I'm not suffering from any illness that could affect public health under the International Sanitary Act 2005. I'm really nervous about it and not sure what kind of diseases they're checking for. Can you help me understand what this is all about and what I should expect when getting this certificate?

visit a qualified healthcare provider, undergo the required tests, and ensure that the medical certificate reflects that you do not have any communicable diseases in accordance with the International Health Regulations (2005).
