Got diagnosed with a 5.2 mm gallstone during my Indian Army medical and was declared unfit. Army rules don't allow surgery, but I have 42 days to get treated. What are my options to manage this without surgery?

I've been dealing with hemorrhoids for about a month now, and it's been really painful. On top of that, I've had pinworms for around 10 years. It seriously feels like I'm being stabbed with a knife in my anus. What can I do to ease this pain and get some relief?

I just got my blood test results and they show my ALT SGPT is 132, AST is 86, and GGTP 64. Should I be worried about these numbers? Is it something that can be treated or fixed?
