Had C3R surgery in both eyes a year ago and stopped wearing RGP lenses because they were uncomfortable now just using glasses. Could my eyesight still improve or cornea shape change over time? Do I really need to keep wearing contact lenses after the procedure?

View allMy age is 32 and my corneal thickness is 494 in the right eye and 497 in the left eye with a SPH of 6 CYL 1.5 axis 175 in both eyes. I've consulted a few doctors but got mixed opinions two said no surgery and to stick with glasses, one suggested epi lasik or Lasek, and two recommended ICL. I'm really confused about what to do next and which procedure would be best for me. Can you help me understand my options and suggest a good doctor in Bangalore?
eye drops are advised ,for severe cases surgical excision is also advised to the pt.

i have minus 9 and i'm considering smile surgery will it fully correct my vision or is there usually some undercorrection? how does the smile procedure work exactly?
SMILE surgery can correct high myopia like -9, but mild undercorrection is possible. It reshapes the cornea using a femtosecond laser through a keyhole incision, preserving more corneal structure than LASIK.
