Had surgery for giant cell tumor removal from my distal femur knee area on 14/4/2022 with extended curettage cementing plating. It's been 3 weeks but I can only bend my knee around 75-80 degrees and feel heaviness near the surgical site. Is this recovery pace normal or should I be concerned about my knee's range of motion?

my son has been diagnosed with Osgood-Schlatter disease in his left knee and I'm really worried about how serious this is does it usually cause long-term problems what kind of precautions should he take to manage the pain and prevent it from getting worse also will he eventually need surgery for this condition

Osgood-Schlatter is usually self-limited. Avoid jumping/running, apply ice, and stretch the quads. Rarely needs surgery unless fragments dislodge or symptoms persist into adulthood.

Had ACL reconstruction surgery a month ago and my periods are late my last cycle started right before the surgery. Normally, my next cycle comes around 45 days early. Could the anesthesia or strong meds from the surgery be causing this delay?

The strong pain medication used after surgery could also have an effect. It's advisable to discuss this with your doctor to assess the cause of the delay and rule out any other potential factors

My BP is under control, but the MRI showed issues in my left shoulder. One doctor suggested rotator cuff repair surgery, but I'm unsure if that's the best option. What would you recommend for long-term relief, and what should I expect if I go through with the surgery?

Chronic shoulder pain with MRI findings often benefits from rotator cuff repair—physiotherapy first, then surgery if no relief; recovery takes weeks.
