Had transsphenoidal surgery last year to remove a pituitary tumor, but my latest MRI shows it's still there. What are my options now? Should I be worried about this?

I've been diagnosed with a posterocentral extrusion at L45 with minimal caudal migration. The AP is 4, transverse is 7, and area is 28 SQ.MM at L45. I'm dealing with pain in my right thigh and backache from L45 down to S1. Wondering if rehab would work for me or if surgery is the better option. If surgery's needed, what's the success rate for my case?
