Had URS surgery in November 2015 for stones but now after 3 months there's mild pain again. What could be causing this and are there any precautions to prevent recurrence? How quickly can stones come back after surgery?

Mild pain after URS surgery, even 3 months later, could be due to various reasons, including a new stone, residual tissue irritation, or incomplete stone removal. To prevent recurrence, focus on hydration, dietary changes like reducing sodium and oxalate intake, and addressing any underlying medical conditions. While individual recurrence times vary, some studies suggest a median time to recurrence of 12 months after initial URS and SWL procedures, with a higher rate of repeat procedures after SWL compared to URS.

My foreskin won't pull back whether I'm hard or soft should I see a dermatologist or a urologist for this? Also, if surgery is needed, how long does recovery usually take?
You should see a urologist for a non-retractable foreskin (phimosis). If surgery like circumcision is needed, recovery usually takes 1–2 weeks with minimal downtime.
