Hello Doctor, good evening. I got my urine test and blood test done today and received the reports. In urine examination, proteins were positive. In the blood report, total blood count was 5.1 with reference 3.8 to 4.8, MCH was 26 with reference 27 to 32, MCHC was 30 with reference 31.5 to 34.5, white blood count was 17,570 with reference 4,000 to 10,000, and lymphocytes were 14 with reference 20 to 40. Could you please advise what these readings indicate and suggest appropriate medication?

High WBC indicates infection, protein in urine could be kidney involvement. Needs prompt attention. Do the required urine culture and kidney function tests.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY - URINE (AUTOMATED) Test or Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test
