Hello Doctor, I have attached my report for your review. I am 33 years old, and the doctor has mentioned surgery as a possible treatment option, including the removal of my uterus and ovaries. If my uterus and ovaries are removed, will there be any long term health issues? Will it affect my life expectancy?

If your doctor is recommending a hysterectomy (removal of uterus and ovaries) at 33, that suggests a significant condition like fibroids, endometriosis, or abnormal bleeding. Future effects include infertility and early menopause.

View allI recently received my routine checkup report, but since I am not from a medical background, I tried to look up the meaning of the tests online to see if everything is normal. However, I am still unsure. My results are Hemoglobin: 17.3 (High) RBC count: 5.9 (High) Hematocrit: 54.2 (High) Absolute Basophil Count: 00 (Low) MPV: 11.6 (High) Total Cholesterol Ratio: 2.64 (Low) BUN: 8.61 (Low) Could you please explain what these results mean? Are they within normal limits, or is there any cause for concern?

Hi madam, my son Virat regularly has cold and other related problems like itchy nose, rubbing eyes, and itching in fold areas such as under the neck, under the penis, behind the knees, and itchy scalp, especially when oil is applied. I have been using homeopathy medicines from Homeo Mall near my home, but there is no result. Recently, I visited Rainbow Hospital and they have given a few medications. If I do not give them even for one day, the itching increases. I have consulted many allopathic doctors, but there is no result. I have his blood test report from 9 months back, which shows eosinophils count is high.

I had cold, cough, and fever two weeks ago. I consulted a doctor who prescribed antibiotics (Amoxicillin 625 mg), Paracetamol 500 mg, and Ascoril cough syrup. After a week, the cold and cough continued with a runny nose, so he gave me some cold tablets for two days, which helped temporarily. Now, I am again experiencing severe cold, cough, chills, and a temperature of 97 to 99F since yesterday. Today, I consulted the doctor again, and he recommended some blood and urine tests. I have attached the reports. He is asking me to take IV therapy daily for four days along with more antibiotics. I shared my medical history, and he suggested getting a second opinion from you regarding this treatment. Should I continue treatment with him, or should I go to a bigger hospital? Please advise.
