Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from food allergies for the last 2 to 3 years. According to my blood report, I am allergic to foods like lemon, orange, lady finger, eggs, clove, yeast, and paper dust. Because of these allergies, I experience skin itching on different parts of my body at any time. I have consulted many doctors, but the itching returns once the medication is finished. Please guide me on the treatment, diet, or medicines I should take and which specialist I should consult. Thank you. I am eagerly waiting for your valuable advice.

Chronic allergies can trigger ongoing itching. Long term relief often comes from identifying triggers and using antihistamines or immunotherapy. An allergist or dermatologist can guide you better than a general medication. Get done Allergen specific IgE test, consult Allergist serum IgE and cbc to look for eosinophils.
Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...
Take a IgE Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test

I am suffering from runny nose and continuous sneezing for the past one and a half years. I consulted an ENT doctor, and he gave me Monticope tablets, which I took for a year. If I stop taking the tablets, the symptoms come back. I do not know what to do to stop this. I do not know how long I have to continue the medication. I went to another doctor, a pulmonary specialist, who gave me Odimont and advised a complete blood test. I found out I have vitamin D3 deficiency. He gave me vitamin D shots for one month and a nasal spray. He stopped the tablets from today, and I do not know whether this treatment will work. Please give me a suggestion?
