Hello doctor, it has been 4 years since my marriage. Still no child. My menstrual cycle is correct for four months, but gets extended in the fifth month for more than 10 to 15 days. I tested my reports and everything came normal. I have also taken treatment for period cycle. I need suggestions for getting a baby?

Given 4 years of marriage and no conception, with reportedly normal test results and irregular periods, its reasonable to pursue ovulation tracking. Period irregularities even once every few months can signal subtle hormonal imbalance. You may benefit from timed intercourse or ovulation induction if spontaneous cycles remain unpredictable.

View allHello doctors, greetings. I am a 38 year old unmarried female. I am planning to marry next year. I am 5.3 in height with a weight of 49 kg. My periods are normal with a cycle of 28 to 32 days and a flow of 4 to 5 days. I am not diabetic, nor do I have any thyroid issues or cysts. My KFT is normal. How difficult could it be for me to conceive after marriage as I am 38 years old? My mom had her menopause at the age of 42. I am really worried. Your input would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

My estradiol (E2) level in the luteal phase is 103 (tested on the 19th day from the first day of my period). My usual cycle is 32 to 33 days, and I am 28 years old. Is this reading normal? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am a 28 year old female, not pregnant and not sexually active. My normal cycle is 30 to 35 days. In December, my period was delayed and came on the 48th day. In January, it was on time. In February, I took Primolute on my doctor advice, and after stopping the medicine on 9th March, my period came on 12th March. In April, it came slightly early on 6th April, possibly due to the pills. In May, it was again delayed and came on the 48th day. I consulted a doctor who performed investigations: CBC is normal, pelvic USG is normal, thyroid is normal. She prescribed Normoz tablets and Evacare syrup. In June, my period was on time, but in July, it is again late (48th day) and has not come. I am really worried. Could this be due to hyperprolactinemia? I am getting married in 6 months, will I be able to conceive?
