Mild burning could be due to chronic UTI or glycosuria. If urine report shows infection signs nitrates, WBCs, bacteria, consult for antibiotics.

I noticed droplets of blood while passing urine. I had a urine routine test, which showed traces of blood, 6 to 8 RBCs, 8 to 10 epithelial cells, and no pus cells.
