Hello. I checked my mother blood. My mother is having pain in all her muscles. Her ESR blood report is 80 mm. Can you please tell me what the problem is?

Very high ESR suggests inflammation, infection, or autoimmune disease. Needs evaluation for polymyalgia rheumatica or rheumatoid arthritis.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test or Take a RA Factor Test (Rheumatoid Factor) Test

I had COVID a few months ago and tested negative after 14 days. Today, I received my COVID vaccination, as 3 months had passed since recovery. I have been experiencing chest pain in the upper and middle areas, and my doctor said it is likely muscular. He also took a blood sample for a CBC test. I am attaching my report for review. My ESR is 22 mm/hr (normal range 0 to 20). Is this concerning?

I have been experiencing a fever of 100 to 102F and a dry cough for the past 3 weeks. The coughing is causing headaches and abdominal pain. My blood tests were negative for typhoid, malaria, and Widal test, but my ESR is elevated at 59 (normal range 0 to 20). I am currently taking Almont Alcare, Curin M, Oceft CF 500, and a cough syrup. Despite the medications, my fever continues to fluctuate between 100 to 102F. Please suggest what could be causing this and what should be done next.
