Hello, yesterday I had an ultrasound and according to my report, there is a cyst of 30 mm. I am running late by 20 days in my period and have tested 5 times, all negative. Please help. What is the reason behind not getting my period and how can I get it back to normal?

The cyst could delay periods. Hormonal imbalance and stress is a possible cause. Consult a gynecologist for medication to induce periods if needed.

Hi, I am 24 years old. I did a hormone test: DHEA is 4.7 microgram/ml, testosterone 56.1 ng/ml, and delta 4 is 4.59 ng/ml. Are these levels normal and what do they mean? By the way, I usually have regular periods except for last month and this month.
