Hey, I hope you can help me out here. I recently moved from Kolkata to Assam, and I'm having a tough time finding the medications I've been prescribed. I used to take Digihaler FB200, Cilapam LS, and Clonil 10 in Kolkata, but none of the pharmacies around here seem to stock them. Can you suggest any alternatives with the same ingredients? Im quite worried because I need to continue my treatment without interruption.

View allI'm currently undergoing TB treatment and it's been around four months, but I've noticed some blood in my early morning cough sputum again. It's been worrying me, and I'm unsure if this is normal or something to be concerned about. What should I do from here? Could it mean something's not going as planned with my treatment?

I'm feeling really anxious about some symptoms I've been experiencing. Lately, I've noticed I'm short of breath, especially when I'm trying to sleep. It's been accompanied by a whizzing sound, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Plus, I've realized that one of my ankles is swollen on the inside. Could these things be related? What might be going on?

I'm dealing with cough syncope and it's happening to me every single day. I can't seem to find any doctors or treatments for this issue, and it's really concerning me. How can I get help for this condition?
Cough syncope occurs when intense coughing temporarily reduces blood flow to the brain, causing fainting. To manage this, focus on controlling your cough with prescribed medications (like bronchodilators or anti-tussives) and avoid triggers. Consult a pulmonologist or neurologist to rule out underlying conditions like asthma, COPD, or arrhythmias.
